F.C.E Driver (FLeXS Communication Engine) allows FactoryLink 8.x to communicate to various automation devices. This feature rich product will give you more flexibility to better manage communications between the FactoryLink SCADA host and the wells.

Motorola MDLC Gateway Driver resides at the FactoryLink master station and communicates with the MDLC Gateway over a TCP/IP Ethernet connection. Control or read analog and digital values of the MOSCAD RTU. The RTU can connect to various field devices such as valves, metering devices, drives and other devices. Receive unsolicited communication bursts from the RTU.

Modbus Driver for Data Radios enhances the capabilities of the FactoryLink Modbus driver. This driver is designed to work with Data Radios. It produces communication statistics such as number of polls, response/no-response and many others. The user can configure key-up and key-down delays for radio transmission and set inter-packet and inter-station delays to ensure reliable communication. This driver can dynamically reassign remote site addresses at runtime, reducing tag overhead in the FactoryLink real time database.

Plot Wheel Curve Maps for centrifugal compressors at local or remote sites. Trace the real-time operating point on a wheel curve (or booster map) to display surge, control, efficiency and speed lines.
Duplicate site setup automatically with Auto Configuration software. Set up and test all control points for one unit. Use the Auto Configuration software to duplicate other identical sites. All you need to enter is the land description and site number - this module does the rest.

Tank Strapping for FactoryLink, uses the manufacturer's electronic strapping tables, or lookup tables, and the fluid level in the tank to calculate the volume of fluid in the tank.

Density Correction Factor to 15°C / 60°F for FactoryLink, determines the volume of oil in a tank or pipeline at standard temperature (15°C/60°F). The software uses the observed density and temperature and corrects the density to reference temperature, and applies a second temperature to produce the TCF (temperature correction factors). The calculations are done in strict accordance to API 53a / 54a.
